Bad “UX designers” — A rant

Great UX design is REALLY difficult.

So this keeps happening to me. I have a client and they need a new website. I share my design process and prices. Then they say they “have a friend who’s a UX Designer.”

And of course, the friend will do it for cheap or they’ll do it for exposure or whatever.
